Julie Ragland, MBA, spent a corporate career as a technology specialist, a human resource expert and an office administration efficiency specialist. On the home front, she managed the financial side of her husband’s business, while raising two children and working two part-time jobs. She quickly learned that the financial side of her life needed to be streamlined if she was going to have any time to enjoy her family. So, she successfully implemented both high-tech and low-tech solutions to her financial life. She realized that many other people could benefit from what she learned, so she started Office and Financial Tranquility, LLC. She loves helping people clean up their offices and offload their financial duties to give them more time to do what they love most.
Julie holds a Bachelor’s of Science with a Math Major from Bucknell University, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.…
I started Redding Group in 2006 after 10 years of working in the consulting industry with Andersen Consulting (now called Accenture). I graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BS in Chemical Engineering and have seemingly strayed from my formal education path. After 12 years in business, we have over 80 clients who are small businesses, non-profits and family offices. We have 6 employees who are the heartbeat of this business and are dedicated to serving our clients with the upmost integrity.

Having experienced first-hand how my parents and in-laws struggled to cope during their later years, I learned just how critical it was for them to have a compassionate, competent and trustworthy individual looking out for their best interests.
My professional background features a successful management career in banking and as a paralegal at one of the area’s most highly-respected law firms. I also have fashioned a formidable public service record, spending many years on the Board (and VP) of the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Montgomery County, a not-for-profit organization that advocates for abused and neglected children. …
