Choices Elder Support, LLC provides geriatric care management and consultation services to elders and their families who care for them. Care management services includes preparing a plan of care for clients, and advocating for them to access medical care, and arranging for care services. Daily money management has been an important part of the care for my clients to help them remain as independent as possible.
I have worked assisting elders for 25 years in home care, assisted and independent living environments and in skilled nursing care. I have assisted my clients with managing their bills, mail, insurance, and organizing paperwork, when they are no longer able to. This had been due to illness, vision or memory problems, or if they just become overwhelmed with it. When clients have had to go into the hospital or rehab center, they come home to many bills, and do not have the energy to go through them all. …
I help seniors and people with disabilities who want to remain independent in the comfort of their own home without the worry of paying bills on time, balancing check books, maintaining credit accounts, and falling victim to scams and fraud. Guardianship and Conservatorship services available. Notary Public of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
LPB&M develops mutual trust with those we serve. Identifying and seeking help for the tasks we supply requires trust. I work hard to deserve your trust. We will, together, develop a work plan to accomplish our objectives.
