Affiliate Level Membership

An Affiliate member is an individual representing a firm that provides products or services to Daily Money Managers (DMM) and DMM clients. Please feel free to reach out to our AADMM Affiliate members noted below.

The Affiliate membership level provides a unique opportunity for interaction with DMMs through the vast majority of the AADMM membership offerings. It also opens the door as a resource for DMM clients by highlighting available services and products.

Affiliate members do not provide daily money manager services as a part of their business. If the applicant does offer DMM services, they will sign up for the Individual or Firm membership levels, instead of the Affiliate Membership.

Affiliate Member Benefits

• Listing on a special Affiliate Member page to showcase the company name, description of product or service and contact information.
• Announcement of Affiliate Members via newsletters after initially joining and thank you posts each year at renewal.
• Introduction to the entire association with either a unique email or webinar (chose one option). The Affiliate Member will be primarily responsible for this content creation.
• Writing blog posts and articles for distribution in our association newsletters and/or website.
• Invitation to attend a regional group or chapter meetings.
• Access to the Member-only dashboard of the AADMM website (single login).
• Participation in forums, book club, education and social benefits.
• Member discounts on educational webinars and conferences.
• Please note the Affiliate Membership level does not require a background check and does not include a listing in the AADMM Find a DMM directory.

Affiliate Members

Affiliate Member: Dominion Insurance

Dominion Insurance Services assists AADMM members in securing the errors & omissions (“E&O”) liability coverage they require. The Dominion program is underwritten through Lloyd’s of London. The Lloyd’s policy is specifically tailored to daily money managers’ coverage needs and is only available to members of AADMM. 

Affiliate Member: Encyro

Encyro helps AADMM members in securely collecting and sending sensitive financial information, including billing, tax, bank, and insurance documents. Clients need not sign up for any new accounts and can submit documents using the member’s Encyro upload page branded with their business logo and colors.

Members can also use the Encyro account to neatly organize the client files using custom sub-folders for each client. All account data is backed up encrypted at multiple data centers hundreds of miles apart to ensure its safely stored and protected from major weather events.

AADMM members can also use the Encyro electronic signature functionality to send proposals, engagement letters, or other contracts with their clients or vendors.

With Encyro all client information is protected and organized.
