The AADMM 2025 Annual Conference will take place Friday, November 7, 2025 – Sunday, November 9, 2025 in San Antonio, TX.

The Hyatt Regency San Antionio Riverwalk is the host hotel for the 2025 AADMM Annual Conference.  All events will take place at the hotel. AADMM has reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency San Antiono Riverwalk at the rate of $209/night (single or double, excluding applicable state and local taxes).

This special rate will be available until the room block is fully booked or by October 9, 2025. After that date, attendees may reserve a room at the regular rate, subject to availability.
