Background Check First, read the Background Check Information and FAQs page to fully understand the background check requirements and review frequently asked questions. Once you fully understand the requirements, continue to the preferred provider’s website to submit your background check – please click the button below. |

Process Membership After completing and passing a background check, you will receive an email with a link to continue to your AADMM membership application or renewal. Follow that link to complete your membership application. |

Complete your DMM Directory Profile Last, but not least, after submitting your membership application, don’t forget to enter your information into the DMM Directory form to ensure you display in the DMM Directory and appear in Find a DMM searches, if you meet the search criteria. A link to the form will be in the confirmation page of your order. |
