Best Practice Library
The “Best Practices” on this website are designed to be a framework for you to use in your DMM business. The purpose is not to dictate to you how to conduct your business but to provide a policy, process, or procedure that has been used and/or vetted by several practicing DMMs. It is not intended to substitute for legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. Probate and contract law vary from state to state. Each member is advised to obtain advice from professionals in his/her own state. Any information and reference materials recommended by other members should not be relied upon as being comprehensive, error free, and/or applicable to your business. Any legal documents shared by members should be reviewed by an attorney in the member’s home state. The user assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of these materials. Under no circumstances shall the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM), its board members, or management team be liable for any direct or indirect damages that result from the use of these documents.
Do you have a “Best Practice” to share with your fellow DMMs?
Submit your ideas and feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org. Place the words Best Practice in the subject line. Include a brief description of the best practice and a scenario or two for which the best practice would apply. Attach your best practice document and any necessary information. A fellow DMM on the best practices team will reach out to you to discuss in greater detail and chat about next steps.
