Walsh, LauriParticipant
I would love to know if someone has found a great one. I looked at tsheets a little but haven’t investigated it enough. The one part of my job that I hate is doing my billing each month. It takes me forever so I would be thrilled with anything that makes that an easier process.
Walsh, LauriParticipantSounds similar to the way we do it now. Thank you for the information!
Walsh, LauriParticipantNatalie – how have you managed multiple clients. Isn’t a subscription service? Do you need a different subscription for each client?
Walsh, LauriParticipantGlad to hear that Todd! Bruce – do you know if they put a limitation on the search area?
Walsh, LauriParticipantTodd – we are looking into why you aren’t showing up.

The forum is a plug in that has limitations on what we can do and change and what we can’t. I have asked if there is an easy way to subscribe to the forums all at once without clicking on each forum, unfortunately you can’t. The way it should be working is that you should be able to click on subscribe to each forum and you will get notified of all new posts within that forum and then, if you click on “notify me of follow up replies via email” you should get the responses if you post a response. We are working to do those in more of a digest form and the developer is looking to see how he can make this process easier. You shouldn’t have to go to the website every day to see what new posts are there. I totally agree with you. You should be getting notifications of each new post in the forums you subscribed to. I will pass this information on to the developer and see if he can figure out what is going on and why you aren’t getting them. I am just as frustrated about these difficulties as you are.
Walsh, LauriParticipantSorry for the delayed response, I was on vacation after the conference. Roxanne, that would be a suggestion for Clare Dube, our conference chair. I can certainly pass that on to her. I will say, however, that I was in sessions where the speakers asked for Q & A during the presentation and if there were comments to leave them for the end if there was time, and people still made comments during the presentation. So, we can make the request, but realize that likely people will still make comments. They get excited if they feel they can contribute something to the conversation, but I agree that might be best left for after all questions have been asked or for the forums. I will share your suggestion. Thanks!!
